1. General Policy At TheUBN.TV ("The UBN," "we," "us," or "our"), we strive to provide the best streaming experience for our users. Due to the nature of our digital services, all subscription payments, Pay2SEE! ticket purchases, and advertising fees are non-refundable except under specific circumstances outlined below.
By subscribing to The UBN, purchasing Pay2SEE! event access, or advertising on our platform, you agree to this Refund Policy.
2. Subscription Plans Refund Policy 2.1 Free Plan Users subscribed to the Free with Ads plan do not make payments and are therefore not eligible for refunds. 2.2 Paid Subscription Plans (Standard, Ad-Free, Premium, Enterprise) All subscription fees are non-refundable. Partial refunds are not provided for unused time if you cancel your subscription before the billing cycle ends. If you cancel, you will retain access to your plan until the end of the current billing period. 2.3 Exceptions for Subscription Refunds A refund may be granted only in the following cases:
Duplicate Charges → If you were charged twice for the same subscription due to a system error, you may request a refund. Service Downtime → If The UBN experiences prolonged technical issues (more than 72 hours of continuous downtime) affecting access to paid content, we may issue a partial refund or service credit. Unauthorized Transactions → If you did not authorize a charge and suspect fraud, contact [support@theubn.tv] within 7 days of the transaction for investigation. 3. Pay2SEE! Live Event Refund Policy 3.1 No Refunds for Ticket Purchases Pay2SEE! event tickets are non-refundable unless the event is canceled by The UBN or its partners. If an event is rescheduled, ticket holders will be provided with new access credentials for the revised date. 3.2 Technical Issues During Live Streams If an event is interrupted for more than 30 minutes due to technical difficulties caused by The UBN, affected users may receive a partial refund or service credit for a future event. 4. Advertising & Marketing Refund Policy 4.1 Ad Campaign Payments All advertising purchases are final and non-refundable. If an ad campaign does not run as scheduled due to an error on The UBN’s part, advertisers may receive a credit for future campaigns or a partial refund, subject to review. Refunds will not be issued for lack of customer engagement or dissatisfaction with campaign performance. 5. How to Request a Refund To request a refund for eligible cases, submit a request to [support@theubn.tv] with: ✅ Your full name and registered email ✅ Transaction ID or Order Number ✅ Reason for refund request ✅ Screenshots (if applicable)
📌 Refund requests must be submitted within 7 days of the charge.
6. Processing Refunds Approved refunds will be processed within 10-14 business days to the original payment method. If a refund is approved but cannot be issued to the original payment method, a service credit may be offered instead. 7. Changes to This Refund Policy The UBN reserves the right to update or modify this Refund Policy at any time.
