Terms & Conditions Effective Date: 6/22/2000. 1. Acceptance of Terms Welcome to TheUBN.TV (hereinafter referred to as "The UBN"). By accessing and using our streaming platform, you agree to abide by these Terms & Conditions ("Terms"). If you do not agree, please discontinue use immediately.

2. User Accounts & Registration 2.1 Account Creation To access content, users must create an account. You must provide accurate information, including name, email, and payment details if subscribing to a paid plan. Each account is non-transferable and must not be shared beyond the permitted number of screens per plan. 2.2 Age Restriction You must be at least 13 years old to use The UBN. Users under 18 years old must obtain parental/guardian consent. 3. Subscription Plans & Payments 3.1 Subscription Fees The UBN offers various subscription tiers, including free, ad-supported, and premium plans. Prices are subject to change, but existing subscribers will be notified at least 30 days in advance. 3.2 Auto-Renewal & Cancellations Subscriptions auto-renew at the end of the billing cycle unless canceled. Users may cancel at any time via their account settings, but refunds are not provided for partial periods. 3.3 Pay2SEE! Events Pay2SEE! events require a separate ticket purchase for access. Ticket purchases are final and non-refundable, except in cases of cancellation by The UBN. 4. Content Availability & Usage 4.1 Access to Content The UBN provides access to TV shows, movies, live events, and exclusive content. Content availability may change due to licensing agreements, production schedules, or platform modifications. 4.2 Restrictions on Use Users may not:

Record, download, or redistribute content unless permitted under their subscription plan. Modify, hack, or bypass security measures. Engage in screen recording or unauthorized streaming. Violation of these terms may result in account suspension or legal action.

5. Advertisement & Sponsored Content All user accounts (including paid subscriptions) are subject to advertisements. Advertisements are curated for cultural relevance and may be based on user preferences. The UBN is not responsible for third-party ad claims or promotions. 6. Producer Content & Payout System 6.1 Content Upload & Approval Content creators (Producers) may submit content, subject to approval by The UBN. The UBN reserves the right to reject content that violates platform guidelines. 6.2 Revenue & Payouts Revenue from content is based on The UBN Payout Model: Stratosphere Level (Top 15%) – 40% of content revenue Hover Level (Middle 50%) – 40% of content revenue Ground Level (Bottom 35%) – No earnings until engagement increases Payouts are distributed monthly and subject to performance tracking metrics. 7. Intellectual Property & Copyright 7.1 Ownership The UBN and its licensors own all platform content, branding, and features. Users and Producers retain ownership of their uploaded content but grant The UBN a license to stream and distribute it. 7.2 Copyright Claims If you believe your copyright has been infringed, contact The UBN’s legal department with a detailed complaint. The UBN complies with DMCA regulations and will remove unauthorized content when necessary. 8. Termination & Account Suspension The UBN reserves the right to terminate or suspend accounts for:

Violation of these Terms Fraudulent activity Abuse of the platform Users whose accounts are terminated for misconduct will not be eligible for refunds.

9. Limitation of Liability The UBN is not responsible for:

Internet connectivity issues affecting streaming quality. User-generated content uploaded by third parties. Technical failures beyond our control. 10. Privacy & Data Usage User data is protected under our Privacy Policy. We do not sell user data to third parties but may use analytics for ad targeting and platform improvements. 11. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution These Terms shall be governed by the laws of the USA.

Disputes must first be resolved through arbitration before any legal action. Users waive their right to class-action lawsuits against The UBN. 12. Updates & Contact The UBN reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time. Users will be notified of major changes via email or in-app notification.
